Depression Checklist
We know that sometimes you even don’t want to do anything, not because you’re lazy, it’s just that you still need time to think what you should do. You might like sleeping in order not to think about anything, ignore life. But at least try to give yourself an opportunity to do something. Sleep doesn’t help if it’s your soul that’s tired.
You might follow this checklit to see if it works for you.
· Shower and brush your teeth
· Pick an affirmation for the day
· Write out three goals
· Go for a walk with a relaxed mind
· Drink water
· Take vitamins
· Eat a vegetable
· Listen to your favorite songs (not sad songs), songs that make you smile, happy
· Talk to someone (anyone willing to listen to you, but tell you what’s best for you)
· Write down five things you are thankful for
